We collect only what we need to deliver the service: your name, phone, bike model, and service history. Payments happen on Zoho Books' hosted payment page; we never see or store card or UPI details.

- Diagnostic photos taken during service (with your consent).
How we use it
- To service your bike and send invoices.
- To send service reminders by WhatsApp / SMS (you can opt out).
- To improve our service via aggregated, anonymised analytics.
Where it lives
Personal and service records live in Zoho One (CRM, Books, Bookings). Operational data for app features lives on Vercel infrastructure in the asia-south1 region.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing privacy@blrpiston.in. We respond within 30 days.
