Cancellations
You can cancel a booking from your dashboard or by WhatsApp. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the slot. Within 2 hours, a 30% fee applies. No-shows are charged 50%.
Refunds for one-time services
If you're not satisfied with a service, tell us within 7 days and we'll either re-do it for free or refund the full amount. Refunds land in 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
Parts
Parts are non-refundable once installed. Manufacturer warranties (typically 6 months) apply; we'll handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
