These terms govern your use of services from BLR Piston (the “Service”) operated in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By booking a service, you accept these terms.
1. Booking and pricing
Service is quoted after we inspect your bike. We share the quote for your approval before any work begins; the final invoice reflects the labour and parts used and is subject to 18% GST.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations made 2+ hours before the slot are free. Within 2 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged 50%.
3. Liability
We carry mechanic liability insurance. Damage caused during service is covered up to the replacement value of the affected component.
4. Disputes
Any dispute is governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
